WePadel is a padel court located on the grounds of Coral Leisure Monaghan, Clones Road, Monaghan, H18 A384, Ireland. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit wepadel.ie.

We keep things minimal. The site itself collects no personal data from you directly. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous, aggregated traffic data (page views, country, referrer, browser type). It does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not build advertising profiles.

When you book a court, you do so through Playtomic. Any personal details you provide (name, email, phone, payment) are handled by Playtomic under their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your booking payment information.

We do not use cookies for marketing, advertising, retargeting, cross-site tracking, or behavioural profiling. We do not set any third-party advertising cookies. The only cookies that may be set are those strictly necessary for the site to function (for example by embedded services described below), and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers.

The site embeds a small number of third-party services:

• Playtomic — powers court availability and bookings.
• Mapbox — renders the location map on the Find Us section.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookie-less analytics.
• Instagram— linked from the footer; we don't embed Instagram pixels or tracking scripts on the site itself.

These providers may receive limited technical information (such as your IP address) when you load their content, as is standard for any web request. None of them are used by us for marketing or profiling purposes.

Under EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). Because we don't store personal data ourselves from this website, most of these rights are exercised directly with the third-party services above.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
